Used to be great
I've used these for years, but as many recent reviews have said, something has changed and they now fall apart far too quickly.
Really good
These are really good sponges they clean well and never scratch. Good theyve changed the packaging to cardboard instead of plastic. Only thing theyve lost a star for is the smell of them when you first get one out the box, its a really strong weird chemical smell, goes away after a few uses but still horrible, and very odd!
Used to be good!
The scouring pad detaches from the sponge almost immediately! This has happened with the last couple of packs. They used to always last for ages, but not any more. The previous packs, the scourer never came away, even after quite a lot of use.
Packaging not ideal
First there was the odd bit of glue keeping the sponges in the new cardboard sleeve which when peeled off took some of the sponge with it then on another occasion I had a sponge missing from the cardboard sleeve (no glue this time!) There must be a way of redesigning the sleeve a bit better? Also I do find these get mucky quicker than other brands and seem to have to throw them away after a couple of evenings of washing up which probably offsets the goodness of changing to cardboard packaging. Back to Waitrose ones when they have them back in stock....
