Made with Highland Dunlop, a delicious Scottish speciality cheese, these rich and light puff-pastry cheese straws are perfect for indulgent snacking. Flaky and moreish and made with the utmost care, they are equally well suited to serving with after dinner drinks or being enjoyed on their own. Highland Dunlop is an unpasteurised hard cheese that is traditionally cloth bound. The creamy and nutty taste from the matured cheese pairs beautifully well with the texture of the all-butter pastry.
All our products are made to a traditional recipe passed down for generations by a team of skilled craft bakers in the Outer Hebrides. Only the finest ingredients are used, and nothing is rushed.
