A Rich and Spicy Sticky Tandoori marinade made with red chilli, fragrant ginger, tamarind and mango for a sweet, tangy finish. Formerly known as wing marinade. It's perfect for chicken wings, thighs, paneer, tofu or vegetables. Coat generously, marinate for 10 minutes, then grill, BBQ, bake, air-fry or saute. Baste or glaze while cooking for a sticky, flavour-packed finish.
