Use this all the time for cakes and sponges. Also muffins. Much better than baking block butter as it mixes in better in the 'all in one' method.

This is a good product that makes lovely cakes.
Sustainable palm oil?
Have had to remove from my favourites as no sign of it containing sustainable palm oil; hence 2 star rating. We all need to be so much more conscious of this!
Beware... unlike the almost identical stork for biscuits this tub does contain milk. Very misleading to have two almost identical products with same brand name and one is vegan the other isnt. My daughter has a dairy allergy and reacted to this
