SUNDELIC MEIJIN UDON noodles are frozen immediately after boiling to lock in just-boiled texture.
These UDON are produced with carefully selected high quality flour milled in Japan and manufactured
in Osaka, Japan. They are known for their smooth and soft outer texture with firmness and elastic
core.
We hope you enjoy the bouncy texture.
To prepare, place the UDON in boiling water for approximately 1 minute.
The SUNDELIC MEIJI UDON are certified by the FSSC 22000 food safety management program.
