I received this Super Facialist Vitamin C Polishing Face Wash as a freeby, and have been using once a week to refresh my skin. It leaves my face feeling really nice, although Im not sure if its aggravating an area under my nose where I have a patch of skin thats prone to eczema. I certainly wouldnt use it on a daily basis as I think that is totally unnecessary... Would I recommend this product, yes this product works but maybe aggressive on areas where you have eczema so be warned...
Not bad, smells nice!
This isn't something I'd usually buy myself but I was given it as a free gift. It smells like the body shop's satsuma range which is nice. My face feels very clean after use although I find it quite drying and have that tight skin feeling after, whereas I usually try to use moisturising products these days. Not bad product but not one I'd buy again personally as there's better stuff out there for my skin type at around the same price.
works a treat
Skin feels refreshed and tingles a bit afterwards. Better than the clarins one I usually use. Does smell a bit like berocca, but I quite like it.
good product reasonably priced
Leaves skin soft and smooth. Gentle on skin but not sure you need to use it everyday. Im not mad on the packaging, but thats a minor quibble.
I would not buy this product again. I decided to try something new and liked the advice given that it could be used once a day as a morning or evening face wash. The first thing that it struck me was the dominant smell of Vitamin C. This reminded me of an orange squash powder that my mother used to reconstitute and serve to me and my childhood friends. Its not an overly unpleasant smell but I found it too dominant and bit medicinal. I would prefer something unperfumed or slightly fragrant. After 3 days of using the face wash I developed an allergic reaction underneath my eyes and decided to stop using it. After 2 days the reaction has disappeared. Clearly the facial wash was the culprit. I will not be using it again.
Lovely product, leaves skin super soft. As good as Clarins one-step exfoliating cleanser at half the price.
