There's more than one way to eat these high protein oats. Mix with milk for instant overnight oats, pop in the microwave for protein porridge, or shove in a shaker for a breakfast shake you can drink on the go.

Instructions
Instant Overnight Oats
1. Pour 75g of oats into a bowl
2. Add 160ml milk & stir
3. Leave for 3-5 mins, then eat

Porridge
1. Pour 75g of oats into a bowl
2. Add 270ml milk and stir
3. Microwave for 2 mins (800W)
4. Leave for 1 min, then eat

Breakfast Shake
1. Pour 270ml milk into a shaker
2. Add 75g of oats and shake
3. Leave for 3-5 mins, then drink
