Brand details
At symplicity, we believe in the flavour of fermentation.
We take vegetables and slowly ferment them over several days to develop deep, savoury umami flavour naturally.
It started with chef Neil Rankin, who began experimenting with fermentation to see just how much flavour he could unlock from vegetables. Today, symplicity is used by chefs in restaurant kitchens across the UK.
Real flavour takes time. We’ve done that bit for you.
