Brand details

We believe in the flavour of fermentation.

Our founder and chef Neil Rankin thought vegetables could be a bit boring by themselves. Making them taste incredible often meant adding lots of fat or spending hours in the kitchen. He found another way.

Fermentation is the ultimate flavour unlock, building deep, umami flavour naturally. It’s been at the heart of symplicity from day one.

For the love of fermentation.
