symplicity.’s vegetable ‘Nduja is a rich, savoury and spicy cooking ingredient inspired by traditional Calabrian ‘Nduja, but made from fermented vegetables, tomato, chilli and spices.
Slow fermentation helps unlock deep umami flavour naturally, creating a fiery stir-in that adds instant richness and heat to everyday cooking. Spoon through pasta sauces, ramen and stews, stir into beans or soups, spread onto pizza or flatbreads, or add to shakshuka and roasted vegetables.
Originally developed by chef Neil Rankin and used in restaurant kitchens across the UK, it makes it easy to add an injection of flavour to meals in seconds.
