A very special drink
I was given one of these by a friend who purchased it at comicon years ago and I buy it every year at the Hyper Japan event. If you think sake is just a harsh, spirit then this will give you a nice surprise. Mio is an all natural sake made in such a way that the sweetness is well developed to make a refreshing, sweetly sparkling drink. It's truly delightful - not cloying sweet but light. Very good straight up or accompanying various light food, it's certainly worth trying.

Great sparkling Sake. Good alternative to proscesso if you're looking for something sparkling with less acidity.
