Our sugar is made from the natural juice of the sugarcane plant and nothing else. It's the natural cane molasses that gives our range of cane sugars their richness and depth of flavour.
Tate & Lyle® Dark Muscovado is a soft treacly pure cane sugar with a high molasses content to create moist and chewy bakes. It's perfect for fruitcake, chocolate puddings and sticky savoury recipes.
