Liquorice! there's more to this wonderful root than meets the eye. It's been used in traditional Chinese medicine for centuries. The Dutch love it. And it tastes so much better with peppermint than in sherbet dips (trust us). That's why we've blended pure liquorice root with large peppermint leaves. Naturally sweet, unexpectedly refreshing, and irresistibly moreish.

How we like it:
1 Temple per cup
Boil water to 100°C
Brew for 3-5 mins

Why not try iced?
Cover tea temple with boiling water.
Brew for 3-5 minutes. Top up with iced water. Easy peasy.
