The Teff Creations Company

Teffie is a first-of-its-kind, plant-based snack crafted from whole foods and the ancient whole grain teff

Our #1 ingredient teff
The grain of the greats. Long before superfoods had a name, teff was quietly nourishing communities across East Africa. This tiny ancient whole grain is now the secret behind world-class champions and a nutrient powerhouse - naturally high in fiber and rich in iron to support your body's natural energy metabolism throughout the day.

I was captivated by teff's nutritional profile and its story. This ancient grain has nourished Ethiopian communities for years, and now it can nourish you.
My mission was to create treats for my diabetic father and me - delicious food made solely with nutrient dense ingredients.
Let's make every bite count and redefine wellness together.
