These delicate grapes produce a medium-bodied wine with a subtle but definite minerality and plentiful apple and pear aromas.
History
Stefano Massone has been involved in the winery and on the vineyards since he was a child, following in the footsteps of his father. They have been improving the quality and running of their vineayrds for over 40 years
Regional Information
Monferrato, Piedmont - the rolling hills lead to the Apennine mountains and the sea. The cooling sea breezes are characteristic of the region acd create wines with depth, complexity and freshness.

Vinification Details
The grapes a gently crushed and the fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged for a minimum of 4 months on fine lees and bottled in late spring.

Really enjoyed this wine. It's very easy drinking and for us a robust but delicious gavi. Would recommend.

OK but not a patch on a NZ sauvignon blanc!

This just must be our palate...but we found this really rather dull and one dimensional. At this price point, we hugely prefer a NZ sauvignon blanc.

Very enjoyable

Highly recommended if like me you do not like white wine too dry. Plenty of flavour and I enjoyed with various meals.
