History

The winery was founded in the sixties by local growers, and today they are around 300 who deliver grapes of their property. In the last years they have improved
the technology in the winery (stainless steel tanks with temperature control, pneumatic press¿)

The nose is expressive and offers a delicate bouquet of yellow ripe fruit like peach and pineapple, with notes of vanilla and slightly smoked. Lovely concentration of the aromas, the finish is long and oaky

The date of the harvest was carefully chosen to let mature the grape in a optimal way favoring aromas of ripe (mature) fruits and the aromatic expression. In the wine storehouse: a low-temperature direct pressing with an optimal extraction smoothly. Cold traditional wine making: alcoholic fermentation and breeding.
