The grapes are machine harvested and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at approximately 16°C for around 10 days. The wine undergoes natural settling, crossflow filtration and stabilisation before bottling, preserving its fresh fruit character and aromatic Mediterranean style.
