Parcel Series No. 1 is a DOC Grillo produced by Ottoventi, sourced from organic grapes grown in vineyards around the Erice, Valderice and Trapani area in Western Sicily. Eight (otto) different Mediterranean winds (venti) keep grapes dry and healthy during the summer, and saline winter sea breezes add mineral complexity that transfers into the wine.
