Made in complete harmony with nature, this is a fruity sparkling wine made from organic Ribolla Gialla grapes. Beautifully scented with notes of grapefruit and tangerine, this is an ideal aperitif or accompaniment to canapés.


Terra Organica is committed to sustainable winemaking, which is why we have removed all unnecessary packaging (such as cork capsules), only use FSC accredited paper and cartons and use lighter-weight bottles made from a high percentage of recycled glass.

Botter SPA was founded by Carlo Botter in Fossalta di Piave, in the province of Venice in 1928. Firstly born as a resale of bulk wines and demijohns, it became an entrepreneurial business model already in the late post-war period, when the two brothers Arnaldo and Enzo developed the trade in bottled wines expanding beyond national borders. Botter SPA is today one of the largest producers and exporters of Italian wines: out of 20 bottles of Italian wine exported to the world, 1 is produced by Botter.

Casa Vinicola Botter

This is an ideal aperitif or accompaniment to canapes

GIACOMO TREVISAN

Gently pressed grapes are fermented in stainless steel at a cool 18°C to preserve freshness. Once approved by the winemakers, the base wine undergoes a second fermentation using the Martinotti (Charmat) method at 14-15°C. When the ideal sparkle, alcohol, and sugar levels are reached, the wine is chilled, stabilised, and filtered before bottling—ensuring a crisp, clean, and vibrant finish.
