This cuvée is produced by a French group of growers whose vineyards are located within the Ventoux Natural Park in the Southern Rhône. The wine is crafted by winemaker Philippe Tolleret, who has blended this organic Grenache and Syrah cuvée to capture the character, generosity and aromatic intensity of the region.

Sourced exclusively from vineyards in the Ventoux appellation of the Southern Rhône, this wine is grown on clay and limestone soils under a Mediterranean climate. The combination of warm days, cool nights and diverse terroirs produces wines with excellent balance, concentration and aromatic complexity.

The grapes are machine harvested and selected by parcel before undergoing natural fermentation in concrete tanks at an average temperature of 18°C over 14 days. Natural malolactic fermentation follows, with the wine matured in tank before natural settling and crossflow filtration to preserve freshness, purity and varietal character.
