Thai Yellow Curry Kit
What You Get
- Coconut Milk Pouch (180g)
- Yellow Curry Paste (50g)
- Thai Spices Sachet (3g)
What You Need
- 300g Chicken Breast (diced) or 250g Tofu (diced)
- 1 Red Pepper (diced) and 1 Large Courgette (diced)
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Cook in 3 simple steps: ready in 15 mins!
1 Add the oil to the hot pan & fry the paste with a tablespoon of coconut milk (3 mins).
2 Add the chicken. Coat with the paste (4 mins). Stir in the remaining coconut milk & simmer until cooked (5 mins).
3 Add the vegetables & Thai spice sachet, simmer until thoroughly cooked (3 mins).
Chef's Touch!
Serve hot with a bowl of freshly steamed rice.
Tailor your curry with fresh coriander and a squeeze of lime. For you heat seekers, add the Thai spice sachet at the first step.
