Product Information
The Ardmore Legacy is a tribute to its unique spot in the remote Highland village of Kennethmont, where The Ardmore Distillery has been operating since 1898. This lightly peated whisky captures the essence of the rugged Highlands, crafted with local water, barley, and peat. It's matured in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels, giving it a distinctive and delicately balanced flavour.

A full-bodied tangy aftertaste that lingers with a silky mouthfeel.
Matured in first fill ex-bourbon barrels.

Brand details
The Ardmore story is a journey deeply rooted in the rugged Highlands of Scotland. Founded in 1898 by Adam Teacher, Ardmore has been making whisky the traditional way for over a century. What makes Ardmore special is its dedication to traditional methods and a double-maturation process, which gives it that signature full-bodied flavour. From its humble beginnings, Ardmore has always been about crafting high-quality whisky that truly captures the essence of its rugged Highland home. Each bottle is a testament to this dedication, offering a distinctive taste of Scottish heritage and craftsmanship.
In celebration of the remote Highland village of Kennethmont where The Ardmore Distillery has been operating since 1898.
We make our whiskies with the same commitment to tradition here, in the heart of the Scottish Highlands, as we have since 1898. Under the watchful eye of whisky pioneer Adam Teacher, The Ardmore distillery implemented time-honoured methods to ensure an abundance of flavours. We marry together two malts, peated and unpeated, to achieve our distinctive character. To this day, this is what defines our single malt whisky.
