Vinification details
This wine was fermented in stainless steel in a reductive fashion to ensure the wines are bright and fresh. It is carefully crafted with a vegan and vegetarian friendly approach. Post alcoholic fermentation, we put the wine through malolactic fermentation. Sterile filtration to 0.45µm takes place, before bottling.
