This Premium gin is a progressive exploration of the botanical heritage of the island of Islay, in Scotland. The Botanist gin contains 22 hand-picked wild, local botanicals delicately refine nine berries, barks, seeds and peels during a painfully slow distillation. This first and only Islay Dry Gin is a rare expression of the heart and soul of our remote Scottish island.
Try it in a gin and tonic with a seasonal garnish, or in a gin martini cocktail with a citrus peel.
