Preparation and Usage


This product is raw and must be cooked prior to consumption. This is a guideline only. Remove all packaging. For best results pan fry.
Pan fry
Medium 8-10 mins, Well done 10-12 mins
Preheat pan until smoking. Lightly oil and season the steaks with salt and pepper. Place the steaks into the pan and cook for one minute each side, reduce the heat to medium and continue to cook for the recommended time. Turn throughout cooking. Grill : Medium/High heat
Medium 10-12 mins, Well done 13-15 mins
Preheat grill to medium/high and season the steaks. Place the steaks under the grill for the recommended time.
