Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, use immediately. Do not exceed the Use By date. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on or before Use By date. Use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before cooking and consume on day of defrosting. Do not refreeze.

This product is raw and must be cooked prior to consumption. This is a guideline only.


Remove all packaging. Allow this Lamb Rack to rest for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Preheat your oven Electric 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6.
Place rack onto a roasting tray. Oil and season Lamb Rack.
Place in the centre of the preheated oven for:
Medium 6 mins per 100g
Well Done 8 mins per 100g
Allow to rest for 10 mins before carving.
Do not reheat.

Vacuum packed for freshness. The colour of the meat will gradually return on opening and there may be a slight odour which will quickly disappear. This is normal and does not affect the eating quality.
