Storage
Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, use immediately. Do not exceed the Use By date. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on or before Use By date. Use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before cooking and consume on day of defrosting. Do not refreeze.
Preparation and Usage
This product is raw and must be cooked prior to consumption.

Remove all packaging.
GRILL 12-14 mins.
Preheat grill to medium. Place tin foil over exposed ends of the skewers. Place kebabs on grill rack. Turn frequently. Allow to stand for 1 min.
The meat must be thoroughly cooked until the juices run clear. The meat must be piping hot with no pink meat remaining. Check product is thoroughly cooked before serving. Remove skewers prior to serving.
Do not reheat.
