Storage


Keep refridgerated at 0°C to +5°C. Do not exceed the use by date. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly before cooking. Once defrosted use immediately. Do not refreeze.

Preparation and Usage


Caution: Not suitable for microwave cooking. Wash hands, surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat. Keep raw meat seperate from cooked foods.
Vacuum packed for freshness. The colour of the meat will gradually return on opening and there may be a slight odour which will quickly disappear. This is normal and does not affect the eating qualtity.


Cooking Instructions:
Preheat oven to Electric 160°C/Fan 140°C/Gas Mark 3 - Cook for 5 hours.


Remove all packaging.


Place ribs onto a roasting tray and cover the meat with stock/water.


Cover with tin foil and place in the centre of the preheated over for 5 hours until tender.


During cooking add more liquid to ensure meat is covered. Remove the ribs from the roasting tray.


Shred the meat using two forks, discard the bones. Place the meat back in the stock.


Do not reheat.
