Keep refridgerated at 0°C to +5°C. Do not exceed the use by date. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly before cooking. Once defrosted use immediately. Do not refreeze.

Caution: Not suitable for microwave cooking. Wash hands, surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat. Keep raw meat seperate from cooked foods.


Cooking Instructions:


This product is raw and must be cooked prior to consumption. This is a guideline only.


Removed all packaging. Allow to rest at room temperature for 10 mins. Preheat dry pan on a high heat. Lightly oil and season. Cook for:


Rare: 6-9 mins
Medium: 10-14 mins


Turn halfway through cooking. Rest for 5 mins before serving.
