Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, use immediately. Do not exceed the Use By date. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within one month. Once defrosted use immediately. Do not refreeze.

Preparation and Usage

Cooking Instructions:
This product is raw and must be cooked prior to consumption. This is a guideline only.

Remove from packaging
15 mins before cooking.

Preheat oven to
Electric 190⁰C | Fan 170⁰C | Gas 5.

Place joint in a large roasting tray, season and add water or stock (approx 1 inch). Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven for
4 hours, turn halfway through cooking.

Increase the oven temperature to
Electric 220⁰C / Fan 200⁰C / Gas 7, remove foil and cook for a further 20 mins.

When cooked remove from oven and leave to rest for
10 mins.

Remove from bone and carve using a sharp knife or shred by pulling the meat with two forks.

Do not reheat.
