Keep refridgerated at 0°C to +5°C. Do not exceed the use by date. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly before cooking. Once defrosted use immediately. Do not refreeze.

Preparation and Usage


Caution: Not suitable for microwave cooking. Wash hands, surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat. Keep raw meat seperate from cooked foods.
Vacuum packed for freshness. The colour of the meat will gradually return on opening and there may be a slight odour which will quickly disappear. This is normal and does not affect the eating qualtity.


Cooking Instructions:
This product is raw and must be cooked prior to consumption. This is a guideline only.


Remove all packaging including soak pad. Allow to rest at room temperature for 15 mins before cooking, Preheat oven to Electric 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6.


Rub 1 tbsp of oil on the meat and season with salt and cracked black pepper. Heat pan on high heat. Wrap bone in foil. Sear meat for 2 mins each side. Transfer to roasting tray and place in the centre of the oven for:


Rare: 25-30 mins
Medium: 30-35 mins
Well Done: 40-45 mins


Rest for 10 mins before serving. Remove foil, carve and drizzle with juices.


Do not reheat.
