Stir Fry Thai Green Curry:
100-150g of cubed chicken per person. Seal quickly in a wok or frying pan with one tablespoon of oil. Pour over sauce, reduce heat and simmer until tender. Garnish with cashew nuts or a small salad of shredded spring onion, cucumber and bean sprouts. Serve with plain boiled rice or fried rice. Stir fried noodles make a good alternative.

Fragrant tones of lemon grass & Kaffir Lime
5/5!! Very vibrant/fresh lemon grass & Kaffir Lime flavours. Made a veggie curry for 8 people..the pot said 4servings. But I made enough for 8 servings, by adding some extra fish sauce & coconut block. However it really doesn't need much adding. The only thing to bear in mind is that..it wasn't spicy at all my family could eat it (kids loved it)..easy enough to add chillies to get to your own preferred spice level. So please buy some chillies to add if your looking for some heat . I will be buying this every week.. it is fabulous !!!

WHY???
This is an insult to Thai cuisine. I have eaten Green curry in Thailand from street food vendors, restaurants, and cooked for me by a Thai in their home. I also cook it at home, from scratch, fresh. I am a big fan of Thai food so I know what I am talking about. This is an insult. People here defending it saying yes but it's quick! Do you know how easy it is to make Thai curry using an authentic paste? This is £3.79 you can get an actual real Thai curry paste for less!!!! Simply fry the paste, add coconut milk + meat/veg and cook till done. THAT IS IT. It's simple. No need to mess around with this monstrosity. Look at the ingredients! This would make a Thai weep.
Disappointing
Didn’t taste of anything yet still slightly unpleasant. So disappointing as their curry sauces are fabulous.
Not nice
This has no resemblance to Thai curry at all. Not very nice at all.
