Product Information
Discover one of the seafood world’s best kept secrets — Arctic Char (Salvelinus alpinus). A rare delicacy from the cold, pristine waters of Iceland, this elegant fish combines the delicate flake of trout with the rich succulence of salmon, yet offers a lighter, cleaner flavour all of its own.
Arctic char is prized by chefs for its versatility: its fine, tender flesh crisps beautifully on the skin while staying buttery and moist inside. Rich in omega-3 and high in protein, it’s as nutritious as it is delicious.
The Fish Society’s Arctic Char Fillet Steaks make an effortless centrepiece — simply pan-fry skin-side down for crisp, golden skin and serve with seasonal vegetables or citrus-dressed grains. The Fish Society is renowned for its uncompromising approach to quality, carefully selecting extraordinary fish from around the world for chefs and seafood lovers across the UK.
