Storage
Keep frozen at –18 °C or below. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
Preparation and Usage
Defrosting:
Leave in the packet and defrost overnight in the fridge.
Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.
Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Cooking:
Cook from defrosted.
Remove all packaging.
Place the fillet on a lined baking tray and cook in a preheated grill or fan oven at 200 °C for 6–8 minutes, until the fish flakes easily and the miso glaze is golden and caramelised.
Ensure the product is cooked thoroughly before consumption.
Leave in the packet and defrost overnight in the fridge.
Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.
Do not refreeze after defrosting.
