Defrost overnight in the fridge on a plate to catch any liquid.
Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.
Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Cooking:
Cook from defrosted.
Remove all packaging.
Pan-fry, grill, or bake at 200 °C for 3–4 minutes each side (depending on thickness), until the fish is opaque and piping hot throughout.
Ensure the product is cooked thoroughly before consumption.
