The Fresh Pasta Company was founded in 2004 by Mark Garcia-Oliver aimed to elevate the culinary landscape in UK by offering premium quality fresh pasta. Mark was inspired by his own “passion for very nice food!” and with his well seasoned palate infused with a rich Argentine-Italian heritage he developed recipes for fresh pasta and sauces proven exceptional and receiving over 40 awards for quality and innovation.


At our London-based production, we specialise in tailor-made foodservice fresh pasta products for restaurants and an exceptional selection for retail. We work with unwavering dedication to excellence and quality using only the very best quality ingredients including the finest Italian 00 flour, Parmigiano Reggiano PDO and Clarence Court® free range eggs.

Storage


Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened use within 2 days.


Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown, store in freezer for a maximum of 1 month and consume on day of defrosting. Packaged in protective atmosphere for freshness.

Preparation and Usage

Cook from chilled or frozen: boil 1 litre of salted water per 100g of pasta in a large saucepan. Add 125g of pasta per person and simmer gently for 2-3 min. (3 min. from frozen). Drain, toss with melted butter or your favourite sauce and serve immediately. Sprinkle with Parmigiano cheese.
