Storage

Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened use within 2 days.

Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown, store in freezer for a maximum of 1 month and consume on day of defrosting. Packaged in protective atmosphere for freshness.

Preparation and Usage

Cook from chilled or frozen: boil 1 litre of salted water per 100g of pasta in a large saucepan. Add 125g of pasta per person and simmer gently for 4 min. (5 min. from frozen). Drain, toss with melted butter and serve immediately. Sprinkle with Parmigiano cheese.
