Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, use immediately. Do not exceed the Use By date. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on or before Use By date. Use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before cooking and consume on day of defrosting. Do not refreeze.

Remove all packaging. Heat 1tbsp of oil in a frying pan over a high heat. Season steak, add to the pan and seal for 2 mins. Turn halfway through cooking.
Reduce heat to medium and cook for a further, turn throughout cooking:
Rare - 3-5 mins
Medium - 5-7 mins
Well Done - 7-9 mins
Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Do not reheat.
