Who is The Guv'nor?
Tom Parker, aka The Guv'nor, started farming in 1921 with just 14 cows on rented land in Hampshire. A humble start - he delivered milk locally, and word spread until his fleet of beautifully painted horse drawn milk floats grew & he became a local legend. Not one to let success go to his head - always describing himself as 'the local milkman'!
The Gov'nor was renowned for his belief that hard work never killed anyone... and neither did striving for perfection.
Work hard play harder!
