Cooking guidelines

Cooking Instructions - General. Delicious served wither hot or cold.
Caution: When removing from microwave, hot steam may escape.; Hob - From Ambient. Squeeze pouch to separate grains. Boil 30ml (about 2 tbsp) of water.
Add the grains, cover and simmer for 3 mins, stirring occasionally.; Microwave - From Ambient. Squeeze pouch to separate grains. Tear open the top corner slightly (about 2 cm). Heat for 2 mins in a 700W microwave or 90 sec in a 900W.
