Over the years we have made and eaten a lot of granola in the search for granola Nirvana! Being identical twins, we have always been super-competitive so Steve challenged Dave to see who could come up with the perfect granola recipe. Steve created "Fluffy, Crunchy Granola” (which is a bit like eating sweet, crunchy clouds!). You can find the recipe in our bestselling cookbook, The World of the Happy Pear. To take that recipe to the next level he removed the added sugar and the granola bliss you now hold in your hands is his best effort - it won't disappoint! We love adding fresh raspberries to ours, why not give it a go! PS Dave came up with his own Cocoa Granola - give it a try too!
