The three brothers loved eating meat, especially pork. They decided to create their own porky delights, which one day would become the best and the most delicious in the whole land...
AND >BOOM!< THE JOLLY HOG was born....
We are really proud of the sausages we have created; it's been a jolly journey from making them in Olly's kitchen to having them on supermarket shelves. We believe the secret to our juicy and flavoursome sausages, is using only British pork that is outdoor bred and from RSPCA Assured farms. We hope that you love them as much as we do.

skin too tough and chewy
Sadly the quality of the meat isn't enough to make up for the awful chewy skin. Not enjoyable
These sausages are great, very tasty and, yes, fatty - but that's how sausages should be and that's why they're tasty instead of being watery flavourless bags of grey mush like most of the other sausages Waitrose/Ocado sell. Also, I like the attention to detail - the sausages are separated so you don't have to faff about cutting them, the plastic film always comes off in one piece, the paper and plastic parts are separate so easily recycled, they're gluten free so doesn't matter if someone's got a sensitivity etc. I just hope they don't get bought up by some bigger entity and 'improved' like what happened to the Surrey Whites sausages...
Tasty but very fatty
These sausages were good once cooked but they were really fatty in the pan and the skins were quite thick too.
Good standard sausages
Lovely sausages, handy to have in and generally have an ok life on them when they arrive.
