Richer than our Chicken Shish blend, it’s crafted especially for red meat with warming spices and fragrant herbs like rosemary and cumin to bring out the best in lamb. Made exactly how we prepare it at home, using 100% natural ingredients with no added sugar or additives. It’s also incredibly easy to use — just 1 teaspoon of marinade per portion of diced lamb is all you need. No extra oil or yogurt required. Ambient. Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 weeks.

Add 1 heaped teaspoon of marinade per 150g of diced lamb. Massage in thoroughly to coat every piece with rich, aromatic flavour. Grill until tender and cooked through. There’s no need to add any oil or extras — our marinade does all the hard work for you, delivering full-bodied, restaurant-quality results every time.
