Decadent and indulgent, The One Sherry Cask Finished Whisky is heavily influenced by our dark and sweet PX sherry casks. The softer, more porous Spanish oak casks encourage a
higher degree of interaction between spirit and wood. Their open grain allows the whisky to travel deeper into the wood, drawing out rich, intense flavours and developing a naturally beautiful colour.
The One Whisky Collection highlights our maturation expertise, uniting The Lakes single malt with select Scotch grain and malt whiskies from the Highlands, Speyside, and Islay, each finished in fine oak casks.

Aromas of peat smoke, treacle toffee, and dried fruit lead to flavours of dark chocolate, orange oil, and wood smoke on the palate. The finish is rich with notes of lingering dried fruit and smoke.
