Very smooth. Hints of citrus and caramel

We bought this because of a voucher - full price would have been £81.  Some would consider that good value,  but we are used to "lower end" single malts and would probably not go to full price by choice.  That said. it is a very smooth whisky, citrussy, with rounded flavours of caramel. A joy to drink.

Lovely whiskey

Lovely whiskey. Nice taste and very smooth. Comes with a price tag but if you're a whiskey lover it is worth the price.

Premium whisky

a really tasty premium whisky. my partner is just getting into whiskey and was very impressed with it. personally I like it watered down slightly with a little ice. this way I feel I can taste it better. when watered down it was a lovely smooth and almost sweet tasting whiskey.

Real treat

I'm not a whisky connoisseur, but I do really enjoy a glass or two. I think I'm a single malt fan and I try different bottles . I thought I would treat myself to a more expensive bottle, and I'm not disappointed . You can really taste the difference, a totally different class of drink! I've tried it straight and with ice , I think I prefer it straight but the ice/water changes the taste. It's really smooth , great colour with real depth of flavour. Lovely aroma and goes down very well. I would treat myself again.

Bought for my dad's birthday, his favourite whisky. Smooth with great depth of flavour. A real treat.
