The Ned Sauvignon Blanc 75cl

£9
£10.50£9 per 75clProduct information
Vivid aromas of freshly cut herbs, currant leaf and gooseberry waft from this elegant wine. Bursts of lemon and lime with a hint of guava create a lively mid-palate, a striking balance between fruit concentration and freshness with great length of flavour.

substitution wine
I was sent this as a substitute for another wine but wish I had sent it back with the delivery driver. I found it to be extremely sharp and acidic. I love dry fruity white wine but this was way beyond acidic.
zesty nz sav blanc
One of my favourite Marlboroughs - zingy zesty - great acidity. I love it with cheese, seafood or just on its own! Another bonus is the quality is consistent. Never had a bad bottle and Ive been drinking it for years!
Ned wine fine. shame about the top!
this wine is very good to drink and I have bought it several times. However, the last bottle I bought needed a hacksaw to open it!
the ned
I find it really difficult to rate a Sauvignon Blanc as theyre so inconsistent with each vintage. When its good its the best. The Ned is one of the greats along with Oyster Bay. Crispy, fresh, grapefruity and very dry. But when theyre bad theyre a bit vinegary and disappointing. I had a good bottle tip: dont buy a 2020 vintage.
fabulous
Nearly didnt purchase because of reviews saying its acidic. I really dont like acidic wine and found this to be easy to drink and lovely. Not at all acidic to me. Fabulous for the price point
Horrid
Glad I tried this on offer because it was truly awful. Acidic and undrinkable
