The Newt in Somerset Creamy Chicken, Leek & Cyder Stew

This stew takes free-range chicken thighs and roasts them for a delicious depth of flavour, before slowly cooking with leeks, onions and cider, all finished with garlic, thyme and double cream. Comforting and creamy, it's a complete meal for two, doubly delicious served with long grain rice and buttered peas.

Ready in 5 Minutes

Keep Refrigerated; Not Suitable for Home Freezing

Hob - From Chilled. 1. Heat on the hob from chilled.
2. Remove all packaging and empty contents into a saucepan.
3. Heat gently on a medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Do not allow stew to boil.
5. Check food is piping hot and serve.
Once cooked, do not reheat. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
