Inspired by the zingy cocktail, we take the finest Scottish, sushi grade salmon and slow cure it in rum and ginger. The slow cure draws out more moisture and leads to a firmer texture and a richer flavour. The salmon is then gently smoked over oak chippings, before being left overnight for the flavours to mingle. We then glaze the salmon with lime, ginger and agave nectar before vertically slicing by hand in thick, decadent slices.

Thick cut and absolutely delicious! By far my favourite smoked salmon from Ocado (and I have tried them all).
Delicious, but pricey
Did not expect to like this, but purchased in flash sale. Wow! Subtle lime flavour, Lovely texture. Sliced into thick fingers, so not suitable for sandwiches. But a real treat. We had it with pea risotto that had been cooked in fish stock.
As smoked salmon should be.
Excellent taste and texture, not your usual greasy "smoked" salmon, highly recommended despite the steep price.
ok but nothing special
Bought this in a flash sale Quite firm texture Pleasant smell Taste wise, was a bit disappointed Wouldnt pay full price for it.
Really enjoyed this Salmon, nice to have a twist on the traditional supermarket flavours. The whole family looks forward to brunch at the weekends when this is served. Flavours, texture and cut cant be beaten, pure luxury!
I adore smoked salmon and all the flavours involved so when this came up in the flash sale, I just had to try it! Sadly, I was very disappointed. It had a really strange, bordering on unpleasant flavour. I guess its an acquired taste.
