Ok but not the best rye bread at Ocado
On offer I decided to try this in place of my usual rye bread. Its ok but not fantastic; a little dry, not the usual strong rye flavour. The biggest problem is the size, the slices are a small and rectangular so hard to make sandwiches.
It is dry.
This is dry, and like the previous reviewer it reminded me of home made - but how my mum used to make it before anyone had heard of breadmakers. Maybe that's why I've given it three stars, for nostalgia purposes, but I really didn't find it that bad - it just had a dry, close texture to it, but it wasn't unpleasant.
Stale, dry, and too salty
I stopped baking because my bread always turned out like this. Dry, flat, unpleasantly sour, and salty. Tastes bad fresh, toasted, microwaved, grilled, with butter, cream cheese, and even jam. Not worth it.
