Three Simple Steps
Sometimes the coconut sauce separates, do not let this worry you!
1. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan for 20 seconds (take care not to overheat). Reserving the kaffir lime leaves lightly fry the remaining spices (use the chilli from spice pouch for extra heat)
2. Add your fresh ingredients and stir fry for 3-4 minutes, add the paste and cook for another minute
3. Stir in the coconut sauce, kaffir lime leaves and simmer for 3-4 minutes or until the meat or veg is cooked to your liking

Fragrant, easy to use
I really like this brand. I have tried a few different sauces and this one is really creamy and delicious.

Struggling to find flavour
Like most of this range i find each mouthful struggling to find any flavour... i mean, how do they get all those ingredients to taste like nothing? There's no layered, subtle notes being hit here... it's just flat. Green curry should be a exciting journey of flavours and sensations if made well. Not for me thanks!

Really lovely
We always use Spice Tailor for all our curries, this one is as always lovely, weve had it with chicken & salmon. I used when we had 4 neighbours round for a curry & I pretended for a while that is was my own recipe!

super quick and easy for a nice comforting meal
I would highly recommend this. Perhaps not the best Thai green curry I've ever had, but pretty tasty none the less, and extremely easy to make. You literally just fry some chicken or prawns or whatever, add the sauce, and it's done - far better than most sauces from jars too.

Pretty decent
Wasn't expecting much from this sauce, but it turned out to be pretty nice. Makes a lovely, quick meal. Would buy again.
